PROJECT BACKGROUND

The customer is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of refractory materials. Due to the exhaust gas generated in the production process, it is necessary to install the CEMS flue gas monitoring system. As per the public information via web, they know that Hanran Technology has rich professional advantages in this field. We quickly arranged the engineering manager of the CEMS flue gas project to go to the site to investigate and provide the suitable solution.The cooperation was soon confirmed after communicating with the customer.


PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

It is used for continuous measurement of flue gas flow rate, pressure, temperature and flow rate in flue gas emission continuous monitoring system (CEMS).


PRODUCT APPLICATION

The temperature-pressure-flow integrated monitor is composed of an S-type pitot tube, a thermal resistance, a micro-pressure differential/absolute pressure sensor group, a backflushing unit and a signal control processor. It is specially designed for flue gas emissions. The integrated flow rate, dynamic pressure, static pressure, and flue gas temperature monitor developed for monitoring high dust, high temperature, high humidity and high corrosive environments meets the requirements of relevant national standards and is suitable for continuous monitoring of flue gas flow rate, pressure, temperature and flow.
